  1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to 911NUMBER.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using 911NUMBER.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

911NUMBER.com provides a secure, web-based emergency contact storage service that allows users to store up to ten (10) important phone numbers and access them from any internet-connected device, including borrowed phones, tablets, or computers. No application download is required.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EMERGENCY SERVICES

911NUMBER.COM IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR, AND DOES NOT DIRECTLY INTERFACE WITH, EMERGENCY SERVICES.

IN ANY LIFE THREATENING OR URGENT EMERGENCY SITUATION, YOU MUST ALWAYS DIAL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY (FOR EXAMPLE, 911 IN THE UNITED STATES, 999 IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, OR 112 IN EUROPE).

911NUMBER.com is a supplementary tool designed to help you access your personal emergency contacts when you have lost access to your phone or cannot remember important phone numbers. It is not a substitute for calling emergency services directly or for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our service does not connect you to police, fire, or medical dispatchers. If you need immediate help from emergency responders, dial 911 or your local emergency number from any available phone.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using 911NUMBER.com, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission to use the Service.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.3 One Code Access. Your account is accessed using a single code (“Access Code”). You acknowledge that anyone with your Access Code can access your stored emergency contacts. You are responsible for safeguarding your Access Code and for any use of your account.

4.4 No Liability for Unauthorized Access. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your Access Code or password.
