No. That's the point. 911NUMBER.com works entirely in your web browser — so you can access it from any borrowed phone without installing anything.

Q. What if I lose my phone and can't remember my password?

You set up a recovery email during signup. We'll send a reset link within minutes. No phone needed.

Q. Can I change my 10 numbers later?

Yes, anytime. Log in to your dashboard and add, remove, or reorder numbers as life changes.

Q. How is this different from iCloud or Google Contacts?

Those require your phone or a replacement device. We don't. You can log in from any borrowed phone — no Apple ID or Google account needed.

Q. Is my data secure?

Yes. All contacts are encrypted. We never sell or share your data. And we don't store your photos, texts, or location — just the 10 numbers you enter.

Q. What if I have more than 10 important numbers?

Q. Can my family access my emergency numbers?

On the free plan, no — only you. On the Family plan, up to 3 people can share a combined list of 50 numbers.

Q. What happens after the 30-DAY FREE trial?

You automatically switch to the free forever plan unless you choose to upgrade. No charges. Ever.

Q. What if I don't have any phone at all?

Use any device with internet access — a friend's phone, library computer, hotel business center, or work tablet. Your numbers are always available.
